Legal basis: Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/1022.

1. Try Before You Buy (15 Rows 100% Free)

Every user can test EU PID Check with their own store data (up to 15 rows) or our built-in sample dataset completely free, including downloading the actual Shopify, WooCommerce, and EU H7 Carrier CSV files before paying a cent.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase the 7-Day Unlimited Store Pass ($4.90) or the Annual Multi-Store Pass ($14.90/yr) and find that the exported CSV does not work with your store import or carrier workflow, simply email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order receipt or license key. We issue a full 100% refund—no interrogation, no hassle.

3. No Auto-Renewal

The 7-day pass and the 365-day pass are one-time payments. They do not renew. When a pass expires, exports above the free row limit stop until you buy another pass.
