1. Overview & Nature of Service
Welcome to EU PID Check (operated at https://eupidcheck.com). We provide a self-serve software-as-a-service (SaaS) utility that audits, validates, and formats e-commerce product catalog CSV files for the European Union product identifier rules under Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/1022 (`C127` M-PID, `C128` NS-PID, `C129` S-PID, and `Y081` exception codes).
2. Not Legal, Tax, or Customs Brokerage Advice
EU PID Check is a technical data formatting and validation tool. It does not constitute legal advice, tax consultation, or licensed customs brokerage. In accordance with Article 15 of the Union Customs Code (Regulation (EU) No 952/2013), the merchant, importer, or customs declarant remains solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of product identifiers, Harmonized System (HS/TARIC) tariff classifications, and countries of origin submitted to customs authorities.
3. Free Tier & Paid Passes
- Free Forever Tier: Files containing up to 15 product/variant rows may be audited and exported in all supported formats completely free of charge, without registration.
- 7-Day Unlimited Store Pass ($4.90 USD one-time): Grants 7 calendar days of unlimited CSV row processing and exports for a single store or operator. It is a one-time payment and does not auto-renew.
- Annual Multi-Store & Agency Pass ($14.90 USD, once): Grants 365 days of unlimited CSV processing and exports across multiple stores. It is a one-time payment and does not auto-renew.
4. Digital Delivery
When paid checkout is open, a confirmed payment issues a pass key on this website. The key is shown in your browser after the payment provider confirms the transaction. It is not sent by email from EU PID Check. To open the pass on another device, enter the checkout email together with the order id from the payment receipt. You can export as soon as the pass is active.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use EU PID Check to fabricate fraudulent GTIN barcodes or misdeclare prohibited goods. Automated scraping or reselling of our validation engine without a commercial license is prohibited.
